1. Data protection at a glance
The protection of your personal data is important to me. This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified.
In short: this website currently uses no tracking or analytics tools and no advertising cookies, and it does not load any content from third parties. Fonts and scripts are delivered from the website’s own server.
2. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Vasyl Pastukh
PVO Solution

Germany
Phone: +49 176 62971972
Email: info@pvosolution.de
No data protection officer has been appointed, as there is no legal obligation to do so.
3. Hosting and server log files
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (“Hostinger”). On my behalf, Hostinger processes all data generated when the website is accessed, on servers within the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger.
Server log files
Each time this website is accessed, the server automatically records information transmitted by your browser. This includes:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file requested and amount of data transferred
- HTTP status code
- referrer URL (previously visited page)
- browser type, browser version and operating system
This data is required to provide the website technically, to ensure its stability and security and to detect misuse. It is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. The log files are deleted automatically by the host after a limited period.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as your enquiries via the contact form, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar and by the padlock symbol. When encryption is active, the data you transmit cannot be read by third parties.
5. Contacting me
Contact form
If you send me an enquiry via the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, optionally website and message) are processed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The details are sent to me by email; they are not stored in a database on the website. To protect against spam and misuse, your IP address is stored temporarily (for a maximum of 10 minutes) in encrypted form (as a hash value) in order to limit too many requests within a short time.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures (e.g. a request for a free website check or a quote). In all other cases, the processing is based on my legitimate interest in handling the enquiries addressed to me effectively (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The consent checkbox in the form additionally serves to inform you about this processing.
Enquiries by email or phone
If you contact me by email or phone, your enquiry and the personal data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of the enquiry) are processed in order to handle it. The legal bases are the same as for the contact form (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR).
Storage period
The data from your enquiry remains with me until you request its deletion or the purpose of storage no longer applies (e.g. once your enquiry has been dealt with). Statutory retention obligations – in particular commercial and tax retention periods of up to ten years if the enquiry leads to an order – remain unaffected.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any cookies for regular visitors and does not use any analytics, tracking or marketing services (no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising pixels).
Technically necessary cookies are only set when someone logs in to the WordPress admin area (this only concerns the website operator).
7. Locally hosted fonts and scripts
This website uses the fonts “Cormorant Garamond” and “Manrope” as well as the libraries three.js (3D graphics), GSAP with ScrollTrigger (animations) and Lenis (smooth scrolling). All fonts and scripts are stored locally on this website’s server and delivered from there. When the page is accessed, no connection is made to Google servers (Google Fonts) or to other third-party providers or content delivery networks, and no data is transferred to third parties.
8. YouTube thumbnails and external links
In the “Projects” section I show examples of my work, including YouTube thumbnails I have designed myself. These are image files stored on this website’s server. No YouTube videos are embedded and no content is loaded from YouTube or Google servers.
This website contains links to external websites (e.g. to client projects). Only when you click such a link are you forwarded to the respective provider’s site; from then on, that provider’s privacy policy applies. No data is transmitted to the linked provider before you click.
9. LiteSpeed Cache
To speed up loading times, this website uses the WordPress plugin LiteSpeed Cache. It temporarily stores fully generated pages as static copies on the web server and delivers them faster on subsequent visits. No personal data is transferred to LiteSpeed Technologies or other third parties in the process. The plugin does not set any cookies for visitors who are not logged in. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in a fast and technically flawless presentation of the website.
10. Your rights
Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the following rights at any time:
- right of access to the data I hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where the processing of your data is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. I will then no longer process the data concerned unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
To exercise your rights, an informal message to info@pvosolution.de or to the postal address given above is sufficient.
11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The authority responsible for me is:
Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information)
Wilhelmstraße 7, 65185 Wiesbaden (postal address: Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden)
